A subjective review :  My face skin is dehydrated and sensitive with the everyday stress signs.

As you know, my favourite hydrating serum is the one from Aldi. It is still my no 1.s

However I test with pleasure new cosmetics, just to change products from time to time, as dermatologists claim the skin gets used to the same face cream and it does not work so well anymore if we use it for too long without any break. Is it really like that or they try to sell us more? Well, we do not know. I know that our grannies applied only a simple Nivea cream and they had wonderful face skin.

The smartest cosmetic, which each of us has and all generations of women use.

One of my favourite, and one of the best I found till now, is the mineral one from Artdeco.

I love the baked face blushers, like the one from Bourjous, another cosmetic brand I really like.

Here is how Artdeco face blusher performs in my tests:

*Artdeco baked blusher did not cause any allergies, spots and did not dry out my cheeks either.

*It is a mineral one, so it has minimum of harmful chemicals. Its ingredients are such as titanium dioxide, kaolin and silver oxide.

*Its case is similar to the Bourjous baked blusher case. It is simple, round, light, durable plastic-it will survive the though handbag life.

*Blusher is semi hard powder, easy to apply to the blush brush.

*Easy to wash away.

*It has no mirror-a big minus!

*It is without talc, wax and oil.

*Fragrance-free.

*Price relatively small to what you get, especially the backed blushers last forever. The same one I still use since over a year.

In other words, it is another excellent product of Artdeco. Well done Artdeco! Keep on going with the quality and price correlation.

Artdeco is a German brand with high quality beauty cosmetics. If you read more of my blog posts you can find more Artdeco cosmetics. They are simply good.

I am a sceptical customer. I need to test cosmetics, before will recommend them to anyone. It takes me a while to like a product, but if I like the brand and trust it, I come back to test other products from their range.

I added some reviews of a liquid lipstick and a mineral powder, BTW-both are excellent products-check my reviews, although they are not so popular, but worth to have them if you like quality in a good price.

In the UK you can get this brand at Debenhams or online and in some pharmacies as well. I was not able to find it on Amazon though. In Germany it is available in Kaufhoff shops.

A good hand cream is not easy to get. I used a lot of them, different brands, different prices, not consistent quality though.Rarely I buy the same hand cream twice.

This one is definitely worth to buy. I was happy to use it but it finished way too quickly.

As you probably know olive oil helps to keep moisture in the skin. In many countries where olive oil is produced women use it as a main skin care product.

A great baby lotion for mum and a baby with dry skin. If you like baby cosmetics, like I do, try this DM baby lotion. I buy baby shower gels or baby lotions as they all are all tested dermatologically very carefully, not like most advertised brands cosmetics. The baby product have higher quality standards as it touches the baby skin.

This baby lotion has enriching almond oil and Shea butter, without colorings, preservatives and paraffin oil, which can cause allergic reactions on sensitive skins.

This is a “must have” in your holidays suitcase: an after-sun subtle  shimmering gold body lotion, hypoallergenic, very important for hyper-sensitive or allergic skin.

A lot of girls and boys get some tan in the parks of London. To preserve the bronze you can use this product.

I have tested it on my Croatia’s holidays, it looked great.

Review: I like Armani EDP as they last long on my skin. Armani Si has a simple and elegant bottle, which hides a chypre scent. It’s price is reasonable only at the duty free shops or in special offers. I bought mine as a gift set with a shower gel and a body lotion (still did not test those-I will add the review if they are any good).

Review: High expectations hit the ground.

Alverde spoiled me with good shower gels and this body butter disappointed quite a lot.

Whoever cares about organic cosmetics will be happy by looking at the ingredients list, that is for sure.

 Today’s review is about Alverde Aqua Gesichtswasser Meeresalge face toner for normal and mixed complexion, which is the second element of my daily routine. I try to have as many face cosmetics as possible from one brand if all of them are decent. I’m hopeful that I minimise allergy risk in doing so.

Alverde is one of my favourites from DM – a German beauty supermarkets with great quality products. I already recommended some of their products, and I have some more coming up for review – watch this space.

Alverde brand products are vegan and have been dermatologically tested. In most cases, they have organic ingredients and natural oils-see Ingredients below for this face toner.
